Concrete across Summerville and the Lowcountry

Summerville is home base — the historic district, Ashborough, Pine Forest, Summers Corner and the rest of the Town. From there we cover Nexton, Cane Bay and Carnes Crossroads in Berkeley County, Knightsville, Sangaree, Ladson and Lincolnville, Ridgeville and Givhans, Goose Creek and Moncks Corner — three counties, each with its own permit office, flood map and rules.

A tree-lined street of historic homes with deep porches under towering longleaf pines and blooming pink azaleas in Summerville, South Carolina

Summerville neighborhoods

Every part of the Town: the Historic District on the sand ridge with its Board of Architectural Review; Ashborough and Ashborough East on the Ashley River side; Pine Forest, White Gables and the Dorchester Road neighborhoods; Summers Corner and The Ponds on the west side; Knightsville's county roads; the 17-A corridor. Inside the Town, every new driveway is Town-approved, the apron is permitted by whoever owns the road, paving counts toward the 30 percent coverage cap, and additions are built to seismic D2.

Not on the list? If you're anywhere in Dorchester or Berkeley County — Harleyville, St. George, Reevesville, Pinopolis, Jedburg — or on the Charleston County side toward North Charleston and Park Circle, call. We can usually get there, and a foundation job goes wherever the engineer's plan sends us.
